well here are my Top tried and tested quick fix diet to get in to shape for the dates that you want.
Remeber though, for long term results you should team it up with some excersize daily, its not only good for you, but helps get results fast. Try walking for 20 minutes 2 times daily mon - friday. It may not seem like alot, but it really helps tone and shift.
Very Berry Diet-Time of Plan- 7 Days.EWL- between 3-9lbs.This diet is fantastic for shifting those pounds fast, theres a whole array of berries to buy and it will have you not only looking slimmer, but you will feel healthier, look healthier and be healthier.
Berries are full of wonderful viatamins and anti-oxidants that help detoxify the body, cleanse the skin and increase your metabolism.Be warned though, this diet will have you heading for the toilet often for the 1st 2 days, but its well worth it for the end results.
For 7 days you will be experimenting with a whole set of new foods, there are literally 100's of different berries to purchase, grow and eat, each one carries its own benefits for the body, for instance-
Rasberries: Rich in vitamin C, folate, iron and potassium, raspberries also provide high amounts of insoluble fiber, as well as respectable amounts of the soluble fiber pectin, which helps control cholesterol levels. They are also a good source of ellagic acid and other cancer-fighting antioxidants, and best off all, they are proven to aid weight loss by speeding up the metabolism.
Strawberries: They contain a range of nutrients, with vitamin C heading the group. They also contain significant levels of phytonutrients and antioxidants, which fight free radicals. These antioxidant properties are believed to be linked to what makes the strawberry bright red.
Gooseberries: Found to be the most abundant source of Vitamin C in the plant world, the gooseberry also contains many antioxidants believed to help rebuild collagen in the skin, and clear the body of free radicals giving a deep inner cleanse.
Blueberries: It has been linked to the powerful but small fruit that it helps improve vision, build up urinary tract health, lower cholesterol, rid the body organs of free radicals, and help speed up the metabolism, it has also been linked to building the imune system up and improving the skins blood flow.

Above is just a tiny selection of berries just to give you an idea of just how healthy they are, So how do i do this diet i hear you ask. Its simple, easy, and takes just a few minutes prep a day.
You will Need-
1 Blender or smoothie maker,
Each shake takes 1-2 handfulls of ice,
A selection of 3-4 berries per shake at 1/2 a handfull of each,
100 mls of skimmed milk per shake,
natural plain bio yoghurt.
Mix all the berries and ice into the belender and whizz until ice is slushy, add 100mls of skimmed milk and 10 tbl spoons of yoghurt, blend it all up and serve in a tall glass.
You will have 5 of these a day, so remember variety will keep you on track, different berries = different flavours. If you want to supersize it, just add another handfull of ice, this keeps you feeling full too by tricking your body in to thinking you just consumed a meal sized drink.
Ideally you will want one of them within 20 minutes of waking, then one mid morning, one at lunch, one mid afternoon and one for dinner time.
If you get peckish in between, have as many healthy little berries as you want, easy to carry in a tupperware box and snack on.
It may feel hard at 1st, but its only 7 small days and you will be amazed at the results in the end, seriously, you can drop several inches from the waist, and best off all, its sooooooo healthy the benefits will show in your eyes, nails, hair and skin too.
Recipies are on the way, although other fruits are also great for you, for this diet it needs to be berry focused, purely due to all the anti-oxidents they contain, but if you wish to mix it up with bannana, apples etc, then feel free to do so, just watch the calories the larger fruits contain, some will not benefit you nearly as much as natures little health pills.

7lbs in 7 Days- The Very Berry Diet. Healthy and fast.

So you have just gone and had your self tan done, be it in a salon or at home from a bottle, your all excited to have that healthy celebrity glow, you exfoliate, you scrub, you cleanse and moisturise just like it says to, you apply it just like the instructions show, and you wait for it to dry.A few hours later and.........horror, your gorgeous deep tan has gone a hue of orange in the fluorescent scale, you have stained palms, and your plastered in streaks and patch's.
You dive in to the bath and start to scrub until your skins red raw, but to no avail. Theres no product on the market to remove developed tans, only to fix them while they are still developing.Well after years of using self tans, i have finely tuned the ways in which to remove it easily.
I tried using bleach (not recommended if you like having skin on your body)
I tried using conditioner (only makes it worse)
I tried baby wipes (which help on the face a bit if you use perfumed ones)
I tried scrubbing hour after hour (again, not good if you like skin on your body)
I tried so many lotions and potions (none of them worked)
So heres the best way to get those streaks and orange hue off of your body.
All you will need is 2 medium lemons and some salt, a tub of baking powder (bicarbonate soda) a body buffer, and some body butter (any good moisturiser is fine too).
For the hands, cut a lemon in half and rub the palms, 1 half for each palm, do it in circular motions, pour a table spoon of salt on top of the palm and continue to use the lemon, repeat on other side for about 4 minutes, then rub hands together for a further minute and rinse.
For the body, take the body buffer and sprinkle baking powder on to it, rub the skin gently in circular motion. The baking powder will fizz against the skin on contact and help open the skin up and get the colour out, it removes streaks to perfection, depending on how streaky and orange you are, you may need to do this several times.
For the face, take a clean damp face cloth and run under hot water, place over face for 30 seconds to open pores, dip finger tips in to the baking powder and then gently rub the face in circular motions focusing on the T- zone (chin, nose and forhead) rinse with cold water, then repeat but with salt, rinse with cool water.
To finish, stand under a medium warm shower and fully rinse, lightly rubbing the skin with the body buffer to remove final traces.Dry off and use the moisturizer or body butter all over, use your normal face cream on the face.And ther you go, your now streak free and not looking like the relative of a satsuma.
And the very best part is your skin will be glowing, nourished and cleansed, you will not have oily pores on the face and you will feel a million times better.
